Sepulveda Partners Consulting, LLC was founded in 2019 to help executive leadership and senior managers to operate their business more effectively. We formed our thesis around the insight that organizational and marketplace data was available to our clients and, too often, it went unviewed (or at least underutilized), without analysis or meaningful application in context. Our goal is to close the gap between intelligence gathering and strategic action.
Since our formation, we have helped market leaders optimize their business and we have helped market entrants scale, returning significant value to owners. Our senior consultants have played a wide variety of roles with real world operational experience and always backed by analysis, data-driven tools and methods, and the practical knowhow of having done the work.

Founder, Managing Partner
Ben is an entrepreneur and investment banker with The Dak Group working in the media space who, throughout his career, has focused on driving innovation and adoption of technologies to improve operational performance.
He founded Sepulveda Partners in 2019 where he aids organizations with digital transformation driven by better application of consumer data.
Ben cofounded ONE/X - later AUDIENCE/X - a programmatic advertising company that services middle market brands and agencies. He also founded Pilgrimatic, a video advertising service for performance marketers.
Ben has worked as the Sr. Director of Strategy at Hearts & Science (an Omnicom agency), where he led media strategy for AT&T's Entertainment lines of business. He was VP of Media at Ayzenberg Group, and has worked with a wide range of consumer and B2B brands including Nissan, Adidas, AT&T, Microsoft, Facebook & Amazon. Ben graduated UCLA where he studied English and Economics and has lived in LA ever since.
Shane has over 20 years of senior executive leadership across operations, sales, strategy, marketing and business development in media, entertainment, mobile, technology and consumer products companies.
He was most recently the Senior Vice President at MediaLink LLC. Previously, Shane served as the Director of Business Development at Viacom Media Networks.
Shane was the Vice President of National Sales for Universal Music and Video Distribution (UMVD), a division of Universal Music Group, where he directly managed over $1.2 billion in sales. He has also held executive positions with NASCAR / Brand Sense Marketing, Atrinsic / New Motion, Inc., Precision Entertainment Inc., J. Walter Thompson, Marvel Entertainment Group, and OSP Publishing, Inc.
Shane earned his MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business Management and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Jon has a passion for value creation through the intelligent use of data, an area where most organizations underperform. Through the rigor of academic research, the technical skill of building AI systems and the executive level of crafting and implementing global strategy, Jon has developed an impactful, holistic, and unique perspective on how companies should pursue commercial excellence through data-informed strategy and analytics.
He joined SPC in 2019 where he specializes in digital transformation, data integration, and machine learning.
Jon has over 20 years of consulting experience, and prior to joining Sepulveda Partners served in leadership roles at AlixPartners, Charles River Associates, and The Economist Group.
Jon earned his M.S. Economics from the Tepper School of Business and a B.S. Mathematics and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
Throughout his 30+ year career, Greg has worked side-by-side with leading global companies and executives to achieve business growth. He has supported and led agencies, brands, and publishers across various industries and verticals.
Greg was most recently COO of Two Nil Holdings – an independent media and marketing agency. Prior to Two Nil, Greg oversaw the West Coast media practices at Publicis and Omnicom respectively as President of OMD and Zenith. Greg started his career in client marketing for NBC, FOX, and WWE before switching over to the agency side.
AdAge recognized Greg with the distinction of being a Media Maven for his innovative work with many clients including CBS, Showtime, The CW, Levis, Activision, Hilton, Wells Fargo and many others.
Andrea is an analyst from a data-driven, multidisciplinary background. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Environmental Science where she was first immersed in the world of research and numbers. She left academia to work at Beyond Meat as a food scientist and product developer, where she built client and supplier relationships, a knack for experimentation and iteration, as well as a keen sense of taste. Using all of her learnings, she pivoted into the world of consulting, with a focus on building marketing SaaS products to find creative solutions to advertising and business problems.
